Technician Jacob performed seasonal (Fall) inspection and maintenance on my two furnaces this afternoon. He arrived a couple of minutes early (which is always appreciated) and was exceptionally professional, polite, and thorough. He explained several of the individual inspections he conducted, his findings from those inspections, and his overall impression of my two furnaces. Jacob educated me on how my HVAC system is designed and operates and how it should perform with regular routine maintenance. Climate Warriors did an outstanding job and have earned my confidence and trust.
My experience with climate warriors has but nothing short of professional, timely, thorough and customer focused. Clayton and Todd were phenomenal! We worked with home warranty and 3 other companies and went with half working air for 4 months. After hearing all our issues, Clayton, Todd and the guys came in, worked with the warranty company and replaced our entire system. They were massively professional and went above and beyond-we cannot recommend them enough and will not use anyone else!

I have a HVAC system from the 80's. It was refreshing finding a service company more concerned with getting my system up and running again than trying to sell me a new one. I know these things don't last forever but now I also know who I'm gonna call when I do have to finally replace it. Keep up the great work guys!

Highly recommend!! My AC suddenly stopped working and Todd was there same day and fixed the problem. They are priced fair and explained the process and what was wrong with my unit thoroughly. Will use again for yearly maintenance and recommend to everyone in the area.
Todd and his team were very nice, professional and efficient. They did summer maintenance on my air conditioner. There is a long list of things they check, and they did find some things wrong with the unit. They found the parts and fixed everything that day. Excellent service!

Called CW for a senior friend in need during this heat wave, as I was pleased with my installation last spring. CW said they would be there by tomorrow which I understood. The owner/operator was close by and dropped by within an hour, diagnosed and replaced the parts. HVAC was up and running at a VERY reasonable price. Thankyou Climate Warriors (love the name)

Todd is great and I would highly recommend their company over larger competitors. The attention to detail within the problems I was having and the way that it was deeply explained to me went a long way into making my final decision from multiple quotes that had been given to me.
My HVAC stopped working the day my daughter had 6 friends coming from out of town to stay the weekend. I called several places and all I got was information gatherers asking for my email, cell phone, address, etc. after 20 minutes they all finally told me they had no technicians available for 2+ days… but now I'm solidly in their marketing database. What an amazing company!! They came out today and had my a/c up and running in the blink of an eye!! Clayton was the most professional, courteous, and friendly repair person I have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot of them over the course of being in the same house for 53 years!! Climate Warriors helped me determine the best way to heat and cool an area of my home that made the most sense logistically and financially. Financing was available, if needed. My equipment was ordered and was installed just 3 business days later! Perfect timing with the hot weather coming in. The technicians provided me with several options rather than making decisions for me, had excellent customer service skills, were respectful of my space and time (I work from home) and did an overall great job. Climate Warriors will be the only HVAC company we use going forward.

This company{Climate Warriors}, I'd never heard of was highly regarded by many reputable companies (Angi, Today's Home Owner, USA Today, and This Old House. I then, went to their website and found all five star reviews. After calling a few well-known companies, I decided to call Climate Warriors. Needless to say, I scheduled with them immediately. Roughly 24-hours later, I'm relaxing in the cool air and happy with my choice. They're professional, thorough and worthy of their praises.

We've been in our home since 2009 and, until this year, any HVAC issues we had were satisfactorily resolved with another area family owned company. For reasons unclear, we were forced to find a resolve for our air conditioning issues that this company essentially tried to say did not exist. In the height of summer, we looked specifically for a company that would listen to us, their customer, and seek out a solution to the problem. I'm happy to say, after some searching, my wife found Climate Warriors. Todd was friendly and my wife was impressed that he had time to listen to her and engaged in problem solving by asking questions surrounding the problem. The first conversation over the phone was 30 minutes and she hung up knowing the right call had been made. Clayton came by and after some time found a burned/stuck fan relay switch as well as a stuck heater relay (hope I didn't butcher those parts' names). Our unit had a small fire in it that developed after the other company had just replaced a fuse and refused to come back as we reported a continuing issue! Our fan had been running non stop and blowing air and heat simultaneously! Todd and Clayton at Climate Warriors have addressed our air conditioning problem and they did so in a timely and respectful manner. Many thanks to CW for finding and fixing our problem! We will be using Climate Warriors going forward.
Climate Warriors came highly recommended and sure enough got home after work and I knew instantly my ac was out. I called William at Climate Warriors thinking they'd make it over within the next couple of days. To my surprise, William was at my house that evening running diagnostics in order to find the problem. By 5:00 pm the next day my ac was cooling and has worked like a charm ever since ! This company is fair and honest - if it's going to cost you they don't sugar coat- they are up front which helped me prepare. Call them! They will be your HVAC company for life !
My ac went out Friday afternoon. My regular av people said late Tuesday. I called 4 other companies and got times for Monday. Climate warrior came in less than an hour, knew what was wrong berry quickly, replaced a capacitor and were done in 20 minutes. That is the way to do it!!!

These guys are great. They went above and beyond to get my house cool. Very clear and legit explanation of options and didn't try and take advantage of my ignorance (which another company totally did). They got me a new unit on time and for thousands less than the other guys bid for the exact same system! Plus, they're really nice folks who I enjoyed having over and doing business with. If you google HVAC in Little Rock you'll find a ton of options. You'd be stupid not to shop around. But make sure Climate Warriors is one of the companies you check out.
Todd and his team did a great job removing an old HVAC combo unit from the home and reinstalled a new HVAC combo unit. The team did a super job installing the unit and ensuring the system was up and running correctly. I really don't know where to start. I can just say I been without air since the beginning of spring. I called about five major companies
And all told me I needed to replace my unit, dreaded another bill I accepted, but surfing the web and notice such great reviews for this company so I decided to call them I spoke to Todd and he was very nice he set up an appointment for a estimate but little did I know he was going to send such great workers by the name of Jacob and Clayton these young man was so nice they took their time and looked over my unit discovered I did not need a new unit it just needed a few parts and guess what it works it works just fine these guys was honest respectful mannerable and knew what they were doing. if you need any type of Air service or heat service I strongly 100% recommend climate warriors not only are they good people but they are great men of God. who would not want God fearing people in their home doing any kind of work? I'd rather have that kind of worker than just a regular old contractor

They contacted me within a few hours of placing the service request. He was very thorough and explained and showed me what had failed. He was prepared, had the part in the truck, and was able to replace it right away. He also made sure that everything was in working order before he left.
We added a new return inside and had some repairs done under the house to the duct work. Very professional, and friendly! Knew my budget and did the work for a great price.
